Delivery methods

We deliver orders across Latvia and throughout Europe using the services of Venipak, DPD, and Omniva.
The following delivery options are available:
— delivery to parcel lockers;
— courier delivery to the specified address.

Delivery timeframes

Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia — on average 3–5 business days.
As a rule, orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer within 3–5 business days after payment for the goods and delivery has been received, excluding official public holidays.

Other European countries — on average 3–10 business days.
Delivery timeframes depend on the destination country and are set by the logistics operator DPD Latvia.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to dispatch the goods within up to 45 calendar days, with prior notification to the Customer.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs within Latvia and Europe are calculated individually and depend on:
— the destination country;
— the destination country;
— the selected delivery method.

Any duties and taxes required to receive the parcel at the destination are payable by the Buyer.
All available delivery options and the exact delivery cost are displayed at checkout after the delivery address has been entered.

Important information

The delivery address must be provided as accurately as possible.
Additional details (such as an entrance door code, apartment number, or floor) may be required to ensure delivery within the stated timeframes. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery times may be extended without prior notice.

A valid phone number must also be provided so that the courier can contact the Customer if necessary. Typically, the courier will contact the Customer before delivery to confirm availability at the specified address. If the phone number is incorrect or the Customer cannot be reached, delivery times may be extended without prior notice.
