D.E.Collection began with a simple idea: to bring distinctive flavours, thoughtful presentation and the pleasure of anticipation together in one gift — starting even before the box is opened.
We choose the spice combinations ourselves, try them in everyday dishes and put each set together so that every flavour has a purpose. We care not only about the blends themselves, but also about how everything comes together visually — from each jar to the finished gift box.
We are not focused on making large quantities. What matters more to us is that every set feels carefully considered, inside and out.

We put our sets together so they are something you will genuinely want to use after receiving them. We do not want the spices to sit untouched on a shelf, but to find their way back into the kitchen again and again. That is why we choose blends for familiar dishes — fish, vegetables, pasta, meat and sauces — alongside more unusual combinations for those moments when you feel like trying something new.

We keep only the combinations we would be happy to use in our own kitchen.

We are not trying to produce large quantities. We make our sets in small batches and give each collection the time and attention it needs.

For us, it is not only the spice blends that matter, but also how they are put together, how they look and how the set feels as a whole.

We make what we would be happy to put on our own table.
Whenever we create a new set, we keep asking ourselves one simple question: would we want to use it at home? Do we like the flavours? Is it easy to reach for the blend you need? Does the set feel good to have in the kitchen? If something does not feel right to us, it does not make it into the final set.
